60 MINUTES- This is an indoor class held at the studio. Total body workouts that are designed to increase muscle tone, core strength, and cardiovascular endurance. The circuit changes from class to class to help ensure the body continues to progress. Classes are either 10 or 15 stations and 90 or 60 seconds per station respectively. Each circuit is completed three times.
BodyBLAST is offered on Tuesdays ONLY. Tuesday 5:00am or 5:30pm.
*Minimum six people registered to hold class.
